Love living here! Parking is tricky, but this community is clean, everyone is friendly, (especially the office and maintenance staff) and requests are always met swiftly! The pool is always kept clean, they are always having fun events, and finding ways to improve our already awesome community! Moving in was easy, fast, and convenient. Couldn’t say more great things about Five Oaks.

Super happy with this complex! I moved in the first week of December, and was helped by Hannah Wilson in the office, who was there to answer any questions about my move-in, fees, pet policy, etc. She was (and is continually) such a wonderful resource to have on hand during the transition into my apartment. Since moving in, I love the coziness and view of the woods from my building. I’ve had very few maintenance requests, but anything I have is quickly taken care of by Caleb and Sergio. They’re awesome at keeping us all together and updated. Looking forward to the rest of my lease and beyond!

If I could rate this place below zero, I absolutely would. The apartments reek of dog urine and are full of mold — it’s a health hazard to live here. The common areas are disgusting, covered in dog poop everywhere, and no one does anything about it. Management is a complete joke: rude, unprofessional staff who are totally unprepared to handle even the simplest issues.

Get ready to lose sleep too, because it’s normal to hear people doing laundry at 2 AM — and of course, nobody does anything to stop it. The trash compactor is another nightmare: it never works, it’s always overflowing, and the hallways smell like an open landfill.

This place is the definition of poor management and neglect. If you value your health, your money, and your peace of mind, stay far away from Five Oaks. Living here is nothing short of a nightmare.
