Hathaway at Lebanon is truly a beautiful apartment community. I found this apartment community through a quick google search, and did a drop in tour to see it in person. Lauren was EXTREMELY helpful with making the application, and move-in process seamless. We were moving from out of state and didn’t have to worry about anything when we got to TN.

This community has a gated, and shaded playground!! That is a huge incentive for families. They also have a nice walking path with a pretty view of water and trees. Our son has enjoyed walking/scooting here. The business office is so nice, and clean at all times. There’s free coffee! The pool is also a saltwater, heated pool, and we’re excited to use that.

The office and maintenance team are responsive, and resolve issues quickly. It’s best to keep in mind that this community is new, and construction is still happening. But, personally I believe the pros outweigh the cons here. The buildings and parking lots are also lit at all times which is comforting! As far as noise, you can hear people above you or dogs if they’re up there. I think that’s to be expected when living in any apartment community. Overall, it’s been a great experience & welcome to TN!

After months of frustration looking for a place to live, my sister found Hathaway. We visited a couple of apartments in the complex and it was love at first sight. Lauren, Abby and Anthony were amazing with us. Specially Lauren, she was very helpful. They made it possible is a very short time. We moved here in mid November and we couldn't be happier with our experience!

The apartment is beautiful everything brand new and works perfectly. The Hathaway family keeping us informed about different issues, they send messages/emails, so you always knows what is happening in the complex. Details make the difference.

We highly recommend Hathaway, it’s the best place to live in Lebanon.

I moved from Orange County California to Lebanon. I am so happy with my Hathaway apartment. It’s modern, spacious, with a full size washer and dryer. My cats love the view from the balcony. The leasing staff is very friendly and helpful. The maintenance team keeps everything in order. It’s a very pet friendly environment with plenty of space for dog walking.
